Metanoia has established feeding centers throughout Nicaragua to provide nutritional meals to some of the poorest children in the country. More importantly, the children we serve are also receiving "spiritual food”. Hot meals are always preceded by a time of worship and teaching where the children learn about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Weekly meals are currently provided for approximately 3,000 children at thirty-seven locations. Many other locations are patiently waiting for help. If you would like to partner financially with Metanoia Missions International in this endeavor please click hereto donate.
Chocoyero Feeding Program
Our medical and dental outreaches have proved to be a very good evangelistic tool. We partner with a local church at least once a month in different regions of Nicaragua to provide free medical and dental care to those that would not receive it otherwise. Volunteer doctors conduct examinations, treat minor illnesses, and write prescriptions that are filled onsite with donated medicine. Our volunteer dentists are only able to perform tooth extractions at this time, but we are hopeful that we will have the capability to perform additional dental services very soon with the addition of a mobile dental clinic. If you are interested in helping us reach that goal, please click here to donate.
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress .....James 1:27 (NIV)
At Metanoia Missions International we are committed to living out the above scripture verse. Now that we are in the 8th year of operation for our children's home, the time has come to take the next step and start caring for widows. That next step involves building a home for widows on the same property where the children's home is located. The funding to build the home has been received and the construction is moving along quickly.
Help us impact the lives of ten widows by partnering with us to provide a stable living environment for them. The home will have five rooms big enough to accommodate two people, each room having a private bath.
Donations for this project's recurring costs can be made here.
Our partnership with Free Wheelchair Mission has enabled us to distribute more than 7,000 wheelchairs throughout Nicaragua. A team of volunteers assembles the wheelchairs upon receipt. They are then stored at our warehouse and distributed as applications are received. Our distribution network spans much of the country. To be a part of giving the gift of mobility is a true blessing for us all.
Metanoia hosts local Pastors once a month to provide encouragement, and leadership training opportunities. The days are packed with dynamic worship and followed by teaching from national & international church leaders. An average of 100 pastors attend from all over Nicaragua.
In addition to his speaking engagements at churches within the United States, Pastor Eric also travels 3-4 times a year to the country of Uruguay to speak at multiple Pastor's conferences and Evangelistic Crusades.

Short-term missions teams play a large role in helping us carry out our vision. Opportunities exist for evangelistic teams, children's ministry teams, and construction teams. If you would like more information about short-term missions opportunities please click here.
Joy Baking Company
The Joy Baking Company opened its doors in January of 2015. It is located at the Los Mangos property and attached to the children's home. In addition to providing a vocational training opportunity for the children, it serves as a means to generate funds for recurring ministry costs. Even though it is still in the beginning stages, it has already exceeded expectations. God is good!
Founded in 2003, the Joybean Coffee Company was started to help support the various children's ministry efforts of Metanoia Missions International. All proceeds are reinvested into projects that help promote the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of those with the greatest need in Nicaragua.

At Metanoia Missions International, we value partnering with other organizations to advance God's Kingdom. This page is intended to recognize some of our larger ministry partners, and thank them for working with us to achieve a common goal. Of course we also enjoy long-standing partnerships with several churches from the U.S., and would like to thank them for their support as well!
