What does it mean?

Metanoia is the greek word for repent.  When one truly "repents", there is such a powerful inward transformation that his direction in life is changed. Transformed lives are the key to transforming communities and nations.

Founders

Eric Ferguson is the President and founder of Metanoia Missions International.  He holds a Master's Degree in pastoral counseling, as well as a Doctorate of Ministry Degree in Leadership.  Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Eric lived in Nicaragua from 2002 through the end of 2016.  He is a sought after international speaker with a prophetic and powerful preaching style that will relate to any audience.  He is the author of six books; the latest entitled "The Heart of a Christian Leader."

Shanna Ferguson was born in Managua, Nicaragua and raised in the Republic of Panama.  She is a pediatric nurse, fifth generation minister, and third generation missionary.  Shanna's passion is giving Hope to the Hopeless.

The Fergusons have three children:  Spencer, Alec, and Ariana.
