Our 3 Programs

At Metanoia Missions International, we exist to bring hope to the hopeless. Through the programs God has entrusted to us, we provide practical assistance, spiritual encouragement, and leadership development to communities across Nicaragua.

Food Security

Every child deserves nourishment for both body and soul. Metanoia operates feeding centers where children receive nutritious meals alongside biblical teaching and worship, helping them grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Currently, 19,427 children are served weekly at 193 feeding centers across Nicaragua.

Mobility Empowerment (Wheelchairs)

Mobility brings freedom, dignity, and opportunity. In partnership with Free Wheelchair Mission, Metanoia provides wheelchairs to individuals living with disabilities. Volunteers carefully assemble and distribute each chair nationwide, extending Christ’s love through tangible action.

On average, 1,500 people receive a wheelchair per year, with more than 20,000 chairs distributed since the program began.

Leadership Development

Strong churches need strong leaders. Metanoia hosts monthly gatherings for pastors across Nicaragua, offering worship, teaching, and leadership training from national and international church leaders. These gatherings equip pastors to lead with vision, integrity, and spiritual depth.

Currently, 200 pastors participate each month, multiplying the impact of the Gospel in communities throughout Nicaragua.
